“Evolution has the Devil’s fingerprints all over it!”
“Evolutionary Darwinists need to understand we are taking the dinosaurs back. This is a battle cry to recognize the science in the revealed truth of God.”
“Atheistic evolutionists believe that nothing created everything – a scientific impossibility. It couldn’t happen. So they redefine the word ‘nothing’ to mean ‘something,’ so that in their unthinking minds, they can justify their foolishness.”
These are just some of the most upsetting quotes that I have ever come across as a student who studies science for fun as well as for a proper education. A lie has entered the church through the leaders themselves: believing in Evolution is a sin, anti-christian, and is the epitome of evil in the eyes of the Lord. I am curious to learn what today’s Christians really know about our modern definitions of…

I wonder how long until the teachings against homosexuality are swept under the rug. How long until there is an article that comes out professing that all along homosexuals were okay by the Bible and the BoM? TBMs say it won’t happen but they said the same thing about blacks in the priesthood 60 years ago. Continued revelation is simply a way to never be pinned down on any issue.

|4:13 Behold the Lord slayeth the wicked to bring forth his righteous purposes. It is better that one man should perish than that a nation should dwindle and perish in unbelief.|

Not to take away from the elder recipient but she’s 17! Amazing that she felt confident enough to become an activist after such a horrible occurrence. Well deserved to both I’m sure.
According to today’s New York Times (for some reason I didn’t get a CNN bulletin), the 2014 Nobel Peace Prize was awarded to two people. You will know one of them: Malala Yousafzai, the Pakistani teenager (now 17) who was shot two years ago, nearly died, and then began campaigning for universal access to education (she was shot, probably by the Taliban, for the crime of trying to go to school). She is the youngest recipient of any Nobel Prize. The other recipient, from India, is Kailash Satyarthi. It’s lovely that an Indian and a Pakistani, two nations traditionally at odds, are sharing the Peace Prize.
And this is also nice:
British news reports said Ms. Yousafzai was at school in Birmingham, England, where she has lived since being treated for her gunshot wounds, when the prize was announced and was taken out of her class to be informed of the…
